Mileage to change my Focus timing belt?

2009 1.8 TCi ford focus what mileage should timing belt and water pump be changed?

Hi David,

The timing belt must be changed at least every 200,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first. Some versions of that car's engine have a second belt that needs to be changed at the same time, which turns the high-pressure fuel pump from the crankshaft. It appears that the water pump is turned by the auxiliary belt, not the timing belt, but that belt should also be changed at the same time.
