Which SUV to go for?

Looking to trade in my 132 Toyota Rav. Looking at a 191 Hybrid Rav, 32kms and 181 Mazade Cx5 2.2 Diesel 44kms and 181 Hyundai Tuscon 1.6 diesel 49kms. Costs are plus my car €22k Rav, €16k Mazda €13k Hyundai. Average SMS a year for me is 20km. Any advice welcome

Well, first up, I don't feel we have the full picture here. You're not really comparing like with like here as there's a €9,000 difference in cost to you between two of the cars you've listed. If you've already decided that those three are on your shortlist and you're happy with any of them, then surely it's a no-brainer to go for the one that will cost you the least? Or, if you can afford to pay €22,000 plus your car, as you've mentioned for the RAV4 Hybrid, then surely that brings other better/newer options into contention?

Regardless of all that, have a good long think about whether you need a diesel. Are those 20,000km a year on the motorway or at decent speed on the open road? Then it may make sense to have a diesel, but if they're at lower speeds, the hybrid option could work out cheaper to maintain in the long run.
