Jaguar announces details of the new XF

Jaguar has announced details of the new XF, with revised styling, new interior updates and a range of mild-hybrid powertrains for the first time. Outside, the new XF boasts anew front bumper, all-LED headlights, a new front grille and a new rear bumper for extra presence our on the road. Inside, the XF features an all-new interior with luxurious materials and exquisite details for a contemporary, calming occupant experience

The new XF also features a new diesel MHEV engine for the first time. The 204PS 2.0-litre i4 diesel MHEV is  more powerful than the engine it replaces, with reduced emissions and improved fuel economy – CO2 from 130g/km and up to 4.9l/100km in fuel economy on the XF saloon. Jaguar has also refined the 250PS and 300PS Ingenium petrol engines which can deliver 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds and 5.8 seconds respectively for the Saloon model Every XF features an eight-speed automatic transmission and is available with all-wheel drive.

New technologies include Jaguar’s latest Pivi Pro infotainment which is connected to an new 11.4-inch HD curved glass touchscreen. Software-Over-The-Air capability ensures latest vehicle systems and infotainment are installed seamlessly and remotely. Jaguar also claims enhanced passenger wellbeing in the new XF with Innovative Active Road Noise Cancellation and cabin air ionisation with PM2.5 filtration to capture ultrafine particles and allergens.
